1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 855jl ("855jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 855jl online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at 855jl.one and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 855jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21 years. 855jl strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 855jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 855jl Platform or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

To access the full features of the 855jl Platform, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 855jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 855jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification (KYC): 855jl may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Suspension: 855jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 855jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 855jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported. 855jl does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Verification Requirement: 855jl reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. 855jl reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Errors: In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, 855jl reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds, including by deducting the amount from your account balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

855jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. 855jl reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• 855jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 855jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with transparent dealing procedures.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 855jl is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Bets placed and accepted by the game server are final. 855jl will not reverse or cancel bets after they have been accepted, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of 855jl's systems.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. 855jl provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 855jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or wagering strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 855jl staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 855jl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 855jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 855jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 855jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 855jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

855jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 855jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

855jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

855jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 855jl implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Responsible Gaming

855jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 855jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 855jl operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine gaming laws.
